Looking for Office or Similar rentable space

If you know of an available private office space between Rossland, Trail and Castlegar, please let me know. It needs to be private and quiet, suitable for mental health counselling.
I'm open to less conventional spaces and likely prefer them to a big building on a busy street. So if you have a beautiful space, with lots of windows and nature views, that could work:)
