Stretch to Meditation Series
"We practice yoga, the hundreds of asanas (postures), in order to be able to simply sit, and meditate."

This series is designed to wake-up and delve into deep juicy stretches and flow through a sequence of easeful postures that enliven and nourish a sense of expansion, extension and freedom in your body.

In so that, you are ready to sit in meditation and contemplation. Each class will flow through asanas for ~40 minutes and then delve into pranayama (breath techniques) and varying meditation techniques for the remaining 20 minutes.

This series offers modifications and chair-yoga options, for all ages (over 18 years) and abilities. Teh best way to start your week!
