Stretch to Meditate Series or Drop-In starts TOMORROW April 7th!![]() Stretch to Meditate Series Mondays, 9:00-10:00 AM Drop-In $22 "We practice yoga, the hundreds of asanas (postures), in order to be able to simply sit, and meditate." This series is designed to wake-up and delve into deep juicy stretches and flow through a sequence of easeful postures that enliven and nourish a sense of expansion, extension and freedom in your body. In so that, you are ready to sit in meditation and contemplation. Each class will flow through asanas for ~40 minutes and then delve into pranayama (breath techniques) and varying meditation techniques for the remaining 20 minutes.
