The Museum is open year-round! Summer Hours begin June 1 - Open seven days a week - 10 am to 6 pm Guided tours of the outdoor exhibits (included in admission) at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm daily. Exhibits/Activities include: Cominco Wing - history of mining and smelting in the area West Kootenay Power & Light Company Exhibits - history of power generation in the area Ski Exhibits - history of winter sports in the area Social History of Rossland Hunter Brothers Store CPR Caboose & Rossland Train Station Fire Hall and Fire Trucks Le Roi Tool Warehouse Research support is available by appointment Visitor Centre & Gift Shop (public washrooms and free WiFi) School/Group Tours and Facility Rentals within or outside of regular hours are available throughout the year.
